The meeting point near to the highway was the same one as in the last years, but in the this year with a special hurdle provided because approx.. 1 week before the meeting the highway exit WEST AMSTETTEN coming from Linz became closed because of construction  work, which naturally provid some confusion with the not announced participant ( no short term communication possibility).

Despite the finishing of remainder work on the area in this year i was more than punctual on the meeting point, but to my surprise the first cars was already there

After the arrival of the first participant from "good old Germany", Alex from the circle Eichstaett which had announced itself by telephone call to me, widened my eyes again as a further delegation from circling Freyung Grafenau and Passau arrived

 

 Some participants announced by telephone a small delay, so we decided to shift the departure from the ESSO to approx. 11:30.

With some delay we drove in the convoy over side-raods to "Mauer"  further to the parking place ont the cart-hall in "Gunnersdorf" where the first collecting point was. From "Gunnersdorf" we continued to "Aschbach", "Kematen" and trough "Rosenau" up to the mountain "Sonntagberg". The collection point was a plattform on the "Sonntagberg"  where everyone can enjoy the wonderful view over the "Mostviertel" .From "Sonntagberg" we drove to "St.Lenhardt" from ther to the real meeting area near "Randegg (Schmalzreith)".

After the arrivall on the meeting area the motorsports cat as the

Rallycross Audi Coupe S2 V6 Biturbo construction year 1994 of Herbert Eigenbauer from Kasten,

Rally Audi Coupe S2 of Wolfgang Lumplecker from Waidhofen,

Rally Audi Coupe S2 of Martin Grossberger from Waidhofen,

Iceracing Quattro of Wolfgang Schörghuber from Euratsfeld.

 

Approx.. 14:30 started the round travel, from the meeting-area to "St. Leonhard" over the "Höhenstraße" a panorama road with her marvelous view over the Mostviertel till to mountain "Oetscher", far over the panorama road to "Windhaag". Arrived on the top we went again downhill into the "Url" valley to the "Putzmühle" where the participant of the meeting the venue of the ice running was more near brought. Over the helicopter base and the Leopold Figl road we went back toward to the meeting-area

 

At the last part to the area (a private road) a speed measurement was accomplished. Approx.. 100 meters before a right turn, and the following  light left curve was the start. After this left curve was a short straight line where the reached speed was measured.

 

After the again arrival at the meeting area the exhibition cars was started and the participants could listen to the sound of this cars, or ask question to their owners. Some time later  approx.. 05.00pm the garage gates were opened and the HS 650 RR from  "HOHENESTER SPORT" enter the stage with its optical and acoustic attractions and sightseeing was allowed.

Unfortunate it was only that it in the apron only 5 registrations for ride as a co-driver in a rally-car gave and therfore we did not rent the rally-track .

 

During the presentation runs of Martin Grossberger, I received a call from a technical problem with a participant vehicle (THANKS Peter). Now I had to release for the pick-up of the spare part (THANKS Martin) and handed myself the scepter over at Michl W.

By the absence of "Lumpi" and me it did not come to further presentation runsl. The tire change competition for which only 1 participant had announced, was canceled.

 

After delivery of the spare part I returned again on the meeting area and it handed over the prices to the fastest 3 participant of the speed measurement event and also for the furthest journey.

Those participant traveled further made themselves already on the way home, some further discharged against 00:30, the hard core leave the meeting hall approx.. 03:30 before the into "their home", or into the hotel. Some mean with "their home" the overnight in the tent or in the own car at the area.

 

 On Sunday after the breakfast (10:15) the track around the house for the Cartrace was prepared  and released to the free training. After the free training the track was converted and driven on in the other direction. The race starts with a installation lap, afterwards with standing start 3 rounds was completed and the total time came into the results.

At 01:30pm was the winner ceremony for the cart-race and the meeting ended official

After the winner ceremony begun the loyality helpers with the dismantling of the meeting area and dismantling the rest of the beer remained in the barrel.
