Report of the meeting:
The meeting point close to the highway was the same then to the last year. Something I was surprised after my
later arrival (approx. 11:40 instead of 11:30) over the number of cars
which already arrived.
Approx.. 12:15 we went it a convoy to
the direction " Weisses Kreuz"
where I received a telephone call from 2 latecomers. A short intermediate stop near
the Autohouse "Senker" to wait for
the latecamers. Over "Neuhofen", "Hiesbach", "St. Leonhardt" we drove to real
meeting area in the near of "Randegg"
.
With the arrival at the meeting
area all persons were expected already for signing the adhesion letter of
renunciation and could at the same time look the exhibiton cars and
appeared S2 to exchange experiences with the owners.
After the
route segment was closed by the fire-brigade we brought the participants
to the Rallycourse for watching the rallycars or to ride as a co-driver
into a rallycar. After 3 runs the change between "Lumpi" and "Grossi" each
in a Rally Audi S2 was done. During this change the track-taxi was on the way brought
spectators into the inside of the rallycourse.
After the riding as an co-driver
or watching on the Rallycourse everyone had become more or less wet and
was happy to come into the tent for eating, drinking and looking videos.
During this time the cup for the furthest journey was handed over at Andi
Neidhardt (214Km)
With the leaving of the rain, "Juergen" made
presentation runs in his Rallycross S2, but instead of the rallycouse on
asphalt track which we close in a short term.
After 3 runs we broke off, because the tires
did not come on temperature.
The rainstorm come again and
noone wanted to stay overnight
into a tent at the area. For the local persons the night ended
relatively late, next day in the morning (05:00)
The Kart-race on Sunday in Aschbach was won by "Lumpi", the winner ceremony including cup handle over and
discussions take at least till 15:00
